Purpose of this software
To give a rough estimate of how much power photovoltaic panels may yield at a given time.
Interest
Comparing the expected and actual power may give an idea of the quality of your installation and help to notice a possible yield decline.
Parameters
External parameters
Solar constant (the sun's power received by a one square meter perpendicular to the sunrays).
Absorption by the atmosphere (the lower the sun, the higher the absorption).
Hour and date.
Hour gap between GMT and local hour (for instance +1 in France).
Daylight saving time : when the box is ticked, an hour will be added to the solar time between the 27th of March and the 27th of October (that's crude since normally it should be the last Sunday of both months).
